Two Iberia men died in a head-on crash Sunday May 29 in Miller County.
Zachary Patro, 31, and Thomas Spencer, 41, died after Spencer lost control and crashed his truck head-on into Patro’s truck, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. The crash happened a little before 1 p.m. on Highway 42 near Spring Branch Road.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene, the patrol reported. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
Jeffrey Patro, 57, of Iberia, suffered serious injuries in the crash and was flown to University Hospital in Columbia.
