Offroad vehicles like the Polaris Ranger can be incredibly dangerous. This is only confounded by the fact that these vehicles are not required to carry liability insurance. If you or a loved one has been injured in a UTV accident its important that you contact an experienced personal injury attorney. One of the available avenues for recovery is a product liability claim against the manufacturer of the vehicle. At the AW Smith Law firm our team has the experience, specialized information, and experts needed to win a case against these manufacturers.
