Teenager Danielle Snyder of Marshall Missouri is Seriously Injured in Head-On Crash

Howard County, Missouri- June 11th, 2020-

A Marshall Missouri teenager has been seriously injured in a crash that occurred on Wednesday evening, June 10th, 2020.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report #200265330, the two-car head-on collision occurred on state Highway 5 and Highway 240.

According to the report, a southbound 2017 Jeep Compass driven by Alexander R. Osborn, 22, of Paris, Mo. crossed the center line. The Jeep struck a northbound 2013 Volkswagen Beetle head on, driven by Danielle L. Snyder, 17, of Marshall Missouri.

Osborn sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment. Danielle Snyder suffered serious injuries. She was transported by Howard County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia.

The crash occurred at the highway’s intersection with state Highway 240 in Howard County. Both drivers were wearing safety devices.

The crash was investigated by Trooper ER Corcoran, 360 and was assisted by the Howard County’s Sheriffs Department and the Glasgow Police Department.
