Yuldashev was travelling westbound in a 2020 Volvo tractor-trailer while 46-year-old Melissa D. Hermon was travelling westbound in a 2015 Toyota Camry. Hermon in the Camry then struck the semi-truck from behind, causing the crash. Sherzod Yuldashev was moderately injured and transported via Cooper SM to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, MO. Melissa Hermon was uninjured; both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
