Tiffany has been part of the AW Smith Law Firm team since June of 2020. She is a native of Sedalia, Missouri. After graduating high school, she pursued her dream of playing college soccer at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves all the activities and fun Columbia has to offer.

Melissa Miller joined The A.W. Smith Law Firm, P.C. in 2022 as a Paralegal, bringing with her nearly two decades of litigation experience, exclusively in personal injury matters. She is a graduate of Drury University with a degree in Legal Studies.
From complex litigation to small motor vehicle matters, she is involved in each case from day one. She works tirelessly for our clients and their families during their time of need by providing regular contact and updates throughout the entire case process.
When she is not in the office, Melissa enjoys traveling, reading, supporting our community’s non-profit organizations, and spending time with her family.
Scott joined the AW Smith Law Firm team in in May of 2025. He is a native of Columbia, Missouri. After high school, Scott attended Northwestern University where he played football. In 2011 he the graduated with a Communications degree. When not at the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and help with the foster community.
Scott enjoys working at the AW Smith Law Firm because of the dedication the legal team and how hard they work on every individual’s case. No matter what type of case we end up taking the team always goes above and beyond to truly help those individuals in their time of need.
