Alexia graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Business in December 2017. She began her professional career straight out of college as a Legal Assistant here at The A.W. Smith Law Firm, P.C in January 2018. She intends to carry her values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in helping all of her clients through tough, life-changing situations.
Alexia grew up in Sedalia, Missouri. Although, she now considers Columbia just as much as her home. In her free time, she enjoys lake weekends with her family, “DIY” projects, sporting events, and driving around in her Jeep. Alexia recently joined Columbia Real Estate in May 2021 as a REALTOR® and intends to provide service to prospective home buyers and sellers in the Mid-Missouri area, in her free time.
Alexia enjoys working at The A.W. Smith Law Firm and take great pride in helping all of our clients through tough situations and getting them what they deserve. She is constantly learning and doing new things with every case and aspect of her job. Our attorneys and staff all work together as a team in order to assist our clients and ensure that they have a positive experience with our firm.
Tiffany has been part of the AW Smith Law Firm team since June of 2020. She is a native of Sedalia, Missouri but moved to Columbia a little over 3 years ago. After graduating high school, she pursued her dream of playing college soccer at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family- cheering on her niece in her sport activities. She recently became a “dog mom” to a Great Dane named Bronx. She loves all the activities and fun Columbia has to offer.
Tiffany enjoys working at the AW Smith Law Firm because it continues remarkable prominence from the time and sacrifice our exceptional attorneys and legal assistant provide. We recognize and acknowledge the distressing experiences our clients are going through and work very hard to guarantee their satisfaction. Melissa Miller joined The A.W. Smith Law Firm, P.C. in 2022 as a Paralegal, bringing with her nearly two decades of litigation experience, exclusively in personal injury matters. She is a graduate of Drury University with a degree in Legal Studies. Melissa assists with document preparation, fact development, the drafting of medical and case summaries, preparation of discovery and other legal documents, and trial preparation.
From complex litigation to small motor vehicle matters, she is involved in each case from day one. She works tirelessly for our clients and their families during their time of need by providing regular contact and updates throughout the entire case process.
When she is not in the office, Melissa enjoys traveling, reading, supporting our community’s non-profit organizations, and spending time with her family. She is an active board member with First Chance for Children, which provides services to underprivileged children in our community.
