The crash occurred at around 7:05 PM on July 5th, 2024, on 817 SE 425th RD in Knob Noster Missouri. A 15-year-old juvenile female was operating a 1984 Suzuki 4 Wheel ATV, westbound on the roadway. A 17-year-old juvenile female ran into the roadway in the path of the ATV. The driver of the ATV attempted to swerve to avoid collision but struck the pedestrian in the roadway. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported by JCAS to Research Meical Center in Kansas City Missouri. There was no damage to the ATV.
