According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a crash occurred on Northbound US 63 at MO 124 East on Thursday April, 1. A 2000 GMC 1500 driven by, Nancy Watkins (75), failed to stop at the intersection and pulled in to the path of a 1999 Chevrolet 1500, Emily Hazel (40), causing Watkins to be ejected from the vehicle, she was not wearing a seatbelt.
The GMC came to rest off the left side of the road and the Chevrolet traveled off the right side of the road and came to rest against a guardrail. The passenger of the GMC was also injured, Kenneth Watkins (72).
Nancy Watkins was seriously injured and transported to University Hospital in Columbia, MO.
Kenneth Watkins and Emily Hazel sustained moderate injuries and were transported to University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
