Two Injured After Head-On Collision in Randolph County

At 7:15am on Friday, February 7th, a two-car collision occurred on Route A in Randolph County, four miles south of Moberly. As the 32-year-old, unrestrained male driver was traveling northbound on Route A in a 1994 Ford F-150, a 2010 Mazda 3, driven by an unrestrained 38-year-old female, crossed the center line and struck the Ford head on. As a result, both vehicles veered off the west side of the roadway where the Ford flipped.

The Mazda was totaled as a result of the collision and was towed from the scene by 2470 Towing and Recovery. The Ford was totaled as well, and was towed by the same service. Following the collision, the driver of the Mazda sustained moderate injuries and was transported by Randolph County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia. The driver of the Ford also sustained moderate injuries, and was transported to Moberly Regional Medical Center via Randolph County Ambulance.
