At approximately 1:35pm on January 26, a two-car collision occurred on Loose Creek Highway, one mile west of US-50. The collision involved a 29-year-old restrained male driver of a 2020 GMC Terrain, a 23-year-old restrained female passenger of the GMC, and a 34-year-old female driver of a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado.
The GMC was traveling north while attempting a left turn, and pulled into the path of the Chevrolet, causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by 4JS towing. Both the driver and the passenger of the GMC sustained minor injuries and were transported to Capital Region Medical Center by Osage County EMS. The driver of the Chevrolet sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Capital Region Medical Center by Osage County EMS.
