According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a 2017 GMC Arcadia driven by Bernadette Stapleton, 68, was traveling Eastbound in the Westbound lanes of I-255 and struck a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Amanda Frazier, 29.
Frazier was seriously injured and was taken by Mehlville Fire Protection District to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
