Offroad vehicles such as ATVs can be extremely risky. These vehicles are also not required to carry liability insurance, which can complicate the situation if you’re injured by one. One of the avenues available for recovery is a product liability claim against the manufacturers of the vehicle. But for this, it’s important to have an experienced personal injury attorney by your side. AW Smith Law obtained experience, specialized information, and experts regarding off road vehicles and their product liability.
