Two northeast Missouri teens were injured Tuesday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash in Adair County.
It happened just before 5:30 p.m. two miles east of Kirksville at the intersection of Patterson Way and Strawberry Way.
According to the the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Gabriel M. Barber, 18, of Kirksville, lost control of the car he was driving, it ran off the roadway and struck a fence.
Barber received moderate injuries in the crash and refused treatment.
A passenger in the car, August M. Lewis, 18, also of Kirksville, received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center.
Both teens were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
The car was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene.
