According the Missouri State Highway Patrol a 2013 Freightliner driven by Christopher Johnson, 37, struck Jamie Barnett, 61, at 1 am on Wednesday Sept 22, 2021. This occurred on I-70 at mile marker 65 in Saline County.
Barnett was from Raytown, Missouri and was pronounced dead on the scene.
