One person moderately injured from rear-end crash in Miller County Missouri

The crash occurred on September 19th, 2024, at 3:40 PM on Missouri Route 42 at Brookview Drive. 29-year-old Abigail M. Lydon was driving eastbound in a 2005 Acura SUV. Also headed eastbound from behind, 18-year-old Isaiah C. Luttrell was driving a 2008 Pontiac sedan. As Lydon in the Acura began making a left-hand turn, they were struck from behind by Luttrell in Pontiac. This caused the Acura SUV to move off the roadway before striking a fence. Abigail Lydon was moderately injured and was transported via ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital, while Isaiah Luttrell was uninjured. The 2005 Acura SUV was moderately damaged and towed by Hi Tech Towing. The 2008 Pontiac sedan was extensively damaged and towed by J and M towing – the vehicle was not covered by insurance.
