Cole County, Missouri- Tuesday, June 9th at approximately 2:00pm.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol Report, Nicholas Fry, 20, of Henley Missouri was northbound on Cole Brown Road. Fry was operating a 2008 Kawasaki KAF700 Mule UTF.
He was approximately a half of a mile north of Fall Hill Rd. when a southbound, Ford E350 Van driven by Joseph McClendon, 32, of Rolla Missouri made a left turn in a front of Fry.
The report stated that Nicholas Fry sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash and was transported by Air Evac to University Hospital in Columbia Missouri.
The crash was investigated by the Missouri Highway Patrol’s Trrop F, Trooper CE McKinney, 1375. His report number is #200262909. He was assisted by Sgt. AR Sullivan, 621.
McClendon was reported having no injuries and the van was driven from the scene.
