According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the vehicle driven by Shelby Hull was crossing US-24 from county road 1215. Hull pulled into the path of the vehicle driven by Mario Brennan and the two vehicles collided. Brennan was taken by Randolph County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
