According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Cheyenne Evans was traveling southbound on Route A one mile North of Wyaconda, MO when she crossed over the center line on Sunday May 16 in Clark County, Missouri.
Evans was driving a 2005 Dodge Stratus and hit Kimberly Kirchner, 40, in a 2017 GMC Acadia head on. Both vehicles received extensive damage and were towed from the scene.
Kirchner received serious injuries and was transported to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Evans received moderate injuries and was transported to Scotland County Memorial Hospital.
