Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers had to shut down the highway from California to Pam Jones Road.
According to Moniteau Sheriff Tony Wheatley, the dump truck driver was able to crawl out before the flames consumed the cab.
The occupants of the other vehicle were unable to escape.
