According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a head-on crash occurred Saturday Aug 14. Ryan Conner, 39, was traveling Eastbound on MO 154 and attempted to pass a vehicle when he struck the vehicle driven by Mark Boyer, 61, head-on.
Deborah Boyer, 60, was a passenger in the vehicle with Mark Boyer and was seriously injured. She was transported by Monroe County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital. Mark Boyer received moderate injuries and Ryan Conner received serious injuries.
