Daniel Davis, 20, of Van Buren Missouri was in serious condition after a motor vehicle accident according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report #200182285.
Mr. David suffered serious injuries when a Ford F250 driven by Ronald Toth, 55, of Harville failed to yield and was hit by the car that David was driving, a 2014 Hyundai Assent. Davis was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The accident happened on highway 60 at Rt W about a mile east of Van Buren.
Daniel Davis was rushed by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital according to the report.
