Auxvasse man killed while working on bulldozer

blog

According to KRCG 13

An Auxvasse man died Tuesday while working on a bulldozer.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 28-year-old Joseph Shook was conducting maintenance on the bulldozer on private property in Marion County.

MSHP’s report says the bulldozer began rolling backwards, striking Shook.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marion County coroner.

Dealing with the death of a loved one is often one of the worst experiences an individual could endure. This is especially true when the death of that family member could be attributed to the negligence of another person. Fortunately, Missouri law allows the decedent’s family to pursue justice and compensation for a wrongful death.
